The Process
01
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Discuss your vision, your needs and budget with Joe and Lisa. Joe completes free site assessment of your building site. Together we develop a design brief that suits you and your site.

DESIGN
Meet with Lisa to talk all things design. Colour scheme decided upon, kitchen and bathroom designs commence along with electrical plans & flooring decisions.

PLANNING
Topographical Survey and Design & Feasibility Study. Commence concept plans. We deliver a comprehensive price estimate and provide a full specification of what’s included in your home.

CONSTRUCTION
The entire build phase is overseen by Byrne Homes down to every detail. Your project manager will arrange regular updates and site visits for you. As per Master Builders Contract, payments are made as each stage of the build is completed.

GETTING STARTED
When you decide to proceed a Master Builder Contract is signed and a team is put together for your project.

HAND OVER
Practical completion and code of compliance submitted to Council. We do a complete walk through with you to ensure you are 100% happy with everything before hand over. We hand over the keys!

DETAILS
Working drawings and engineering commence. Apply for Resource Consent if necessary. Submit plans to Council.

AFTER CARE
ANY maintenance issues or remedial work is undertaken as necessary. Rest assured you’re covered with your 10 Year Master Builder Guarantee as well as our personal Byrne Homes Guarantee.
