Point Wells House

The design of this home was carefully considered, to balance quality and budget, with the idea that the home would be sold in the near future. Neutral, textural, earthy tones were chosen for their wide resale appeal, and also complemented the coastal position of the home. Our client was based in Hong Kong for the duration of the build, trusting us to oversee all decisions and progress on site. The result is a stunning home with a relaxed, sophisticated vibe and wide street appeal.
