Having never built a home before it was a signifcant step for us to place our trust in Byrne Homes. We are so glad we did though as our house has turned out beautifully and we could not be happier!
Not only is our home gorgeous inside and out but the build concept was well thought out, with a north facing aspect and a great indoor outdoor flow. The landscaping, that was included as part of the build, is a great addition with a good amount of trees, ferns and other planting, that adds to the overall efect of the home. Joe kept us informed throughout the build process and was happy to answer our (many!) questions and have us visit the site.
Lisa has an eye for design and the fittings and fixtures in our home are beautiful and well placed. As we built in an area where many of the houses look the same, it is also great to have a house that stands out from the rest!

We are just so stoked with our new home thanks to Byrne Homes! We originally enquired with a few of the more well-known build companies. However, we found ourselves sacrificing on so many of the things that were important to us – either because they just couldn’t think outside the box, or because the cost of thinking outside the box put it out of reach.
We approached Joe on a whim and asked him to come and take a look at our site to see if there was any hope of achieving something closer to our dream, but within budget (we don’t ask for much!). We came away from our first meeting with Joe super excited about the possibilities! He was very quickly able to get a sense of what we were trying to achieve and was able to envisage what was possible on the site. Add to that Lisa’s great design input and we never looked back. Sure, we had some bumps in the road along the way, but what build doesn’t? Especially when one is investing in a place to call home.
The beauty of working with Byrne Homes is that they are a family, just like us, and they get that they are building our home (not just a house). So, they care as much as we do! The finished product is everything we were hoping for and more. We are excited by the prospect of making memories there for many years to come!
