Our Process

INITIAL MEETING
Meet with Joe & Lisa to discuss your ideas. If you need land we are happy to help. We get to know you, your way of life, how you want to live in your new home as well as how you want it to look and feel.

CONSTRUCTION
The build phase starts on site and is overseen by the Byrne Homes team. You are sent regular updates and have regular walk-throughs to see the progress.
Paul our Project Manager will oversee all of the subtrades on site to ensure the highest quality.

NUTS & BOLTS
We create a 'brief' of what you want to include in your new home and set budgets. Together with our team and Architect we design the perfect plan. We provide you with accurate pricing information so you can relax knowing that your dream home aligns with your budget.

HAND OVER
We do a complete walk-through with you to ensure you are 100% happy with everything before we hand over the keys to your brand new Byrne Home. We take care of all of the Council requirements and organise your CCC.

GETTING STARTED
Once you are 100% happy, a Master Builder Contract is signed and the Design process begins. Guided every step of the way by our Interior Designer Lisa, the fun part begins!
In the background we take care of all Council Consents, reports and documentation.

AFTER CARE
If there is ever a problem - we will be there. Rest assured you are covered with a 10 Year Master Build Guarantee as well as our personal Byrne Homes Guarantee.
